Complaints and Compliance

The IAM Roadsmart and YAM operate a Zero Tolerance policy against abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards members. This is outlined below:

One of our Committee Members, Tim Andrews has lead responsibility for Complaints and Compliance and you contact him if you have any concerns about a Member's behaviour. Tim keeps a register of complaints and will follow up with an impartial investigation of the case and involve other Members as required. The case may be discussed in Committee and a plan of action agreed.
