Complaints and Compliance

The IAM Roadsmart and YAM operate a Zero Tolerance policy against abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards members. This is outlined below:

One of our Committee Members, Tim Andrews has lead responsibility for Complaints and Compliance and you contact him if you have any concerns about a Member's behaviour. Tim keeps and register of complaints and will follow up with an impartial investigation of the case and involve other Members as required. The case may be discussed in Committee and a plan of action agreed.
